Robert A. Holmberg(holmberg@btigate.com) reports: They brew three types of beer. At this time (3/96) the
brewer is making:
1. Light colored wheat beer
2. Red beer
3. Brown beer
I'd have to say my favorite was the red, it had a nice hop flavor that came
through. He can make about 350 gal. per batch and is brewing about every 6
days. After brewing and fermenting he puts it right into kegs since he has only
2 fermenters.They had a very good hamburger and the home made chicken dumpling soup was excellent.
