Flying Fish Brewing Company is a microbrewery startup based in Cherry Hill, New Jersey (that's the Southern
part, with more trees), right near Philadelphia (off of I-295 and the NJ Turnpike.). We're opening a 20 barrel microbrewery to produce a variety of
filtered ales and gourmet root beer. We'll initially distribute in kegs and 12-ounce bottles.
Yet to release their brews, this Co. has a great website

Jo-Ellen Ford, (info@brewapp.com) reports: NJ's first
and only full-service BOP, offering the customer on-site brewing for beer, wine, cider, or
mead. We also have a complete stock of homebrew supplies. If we don't have it, chances are
you don't need it! (But we can order it, anyway!)

Jason Goluboc (shirak@bu.edu) reports:
The food out of the kitchen is some of the best I've tasted in a long time.
I had an Irish Stout served under nitrogen which was really smooth, but my all
time favorite is still the T S B

(MB)New Jersey Brewery 201 Broad Street, 08865. (908) 231-1900. Jim Cramer (jcramer2@ix.netcom.com) reports: The logo is the Jersey Devil and it will be a mid sized operation. They're starting out with kegs at first then moving to bottles when sufficient capital is raised. I can't wait to taste the first product, Pine Baron Ale, which should pour around end of March.
(BP)The Triumph Brewing Co.
toscano@fredsac.attmail.com (Tim Toscano) reports: The brewpub was built in a restored building with lots of brick, copper
and glass. It's worth going just to check out architecture.
They had six brews on tap. I tried all of them.
Pale Ale - Bitter, low malt flavor, citrusy finish - good.
Amber Ale - Some caramel malt flavor, little or no hop
aroma. fair
Stout - Good roasted barley flavor & long finish - very
well done
Honey Wheat - Not much of any flavor, wheat or honey. Poor
IPA - Crisp, clean, Very well hopped - best of the lot
Special Bitter - Bitter enough, could have had more malt
flavor, long hop nose very good
A pretty good start. I didn't see any lagers. The
bartender didn't know if they had any planned. I would
have liked to see some more finishing hops or dryhopping
used especially in that amber ale.
By the way the food was a very interesting eclectic
mix worth trying.

Roger Mattioli (ERBD28A@PRODIGY.COM) reports:A great find! Wandered in on
the way back to DC from brewpub tour of the Northeast.
I had a sampler including their Amber and Porter and
all of the beers were excellent. Good taste and body.
Excellent food as well. They just changed to a new
menu the day that we were there and the selections
were tasty and well presented. For dessert try the
Porter chocolate ice cream float. It's a killer!
