Kolsch - Light German Ale

Ingredients for 5 gallons:
- 4 lbs. Alexanders pale ale malt extract
- 3 lbs light dry malt extract
- 2 oz. Tetnanger 4.9% AAU
- 1 pk. Wyeast #1007
- 3/4 cup corn sugar, priming
- Smooth, slightly fruity, refreshing. Even my wife likes it. Will experiment with Wyeast 2565 and maybe Halletau next time, just for kicks.
