From the outside, the building will look quite similar to the countless other sleek, modern developments the city has seen recently as the construction of such towers continues to flourish – but a special partnership with famed Toronto photographer Georges Pimentel means that the interior will be decorated with very unique finishes.

The development design will incorporate Pimentel’s work throughout, including his famous celebrity shots at high-profile events such as the Oscars and TIFF. He’s an official collaborating artist on the entire project, which developer Lifetime Developments hopes will show his “dedication to supporting arts and culture.”
